I am a Clarkson University Honors student building embedded systems, electronics projects, and practical software. I enjoy turning ideas into working hardware through programming, prototyping, and hands-on testing.

Embedded systems · C++

ESP32 RGBW Lighting Controller

Designed and programmed the controller for a 24-volt addressable RGBW lighting installation with 117 controllable segments around my room. Integrated a 38 kHz infrared receiver and 44-key remote for brightness, color, and animated effects while troubleshooting timing, signal, and library-compatibility issues.

Robotics · Controls

Meltybrain Combat Robot

Helped program, solder, and troubleshoot a combat robot capable of spinning at up to 2,000 RPM. The control system used accelerometer data to track speed and direction so the spinning robot could translate across the arena.

Electronics · Prototyping

Embedded Component Projects

Built smaller systems controlling stepper motors, LCD screens, speakers, and other components. These projects primarily use I2C, with additional experience using SPI and UART communication.

About

I am pursuing dual B.S. degrees in Computer Engineering and Software Engineering at Clarkson University, with an expected graduation date of May 2028. I have a 3.968 GPA, participate in the Honors Program, and have been a Presidential Scholar every semester.

My experience includes C++, MATLAB, Simulink, Linux, embedded communication protocols, circuit debugging, soldering, oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, SolidWorks, and Onshape. Outside the classroom, I am a dedicated Pep Band member and Pre-Orientation Leader, and I have completed more than 24 hours of Honors Program service at the North Country Children's Museum.
